Brice Hogan, MA
We are all trying to navigate this messy, confusing world the best we can, and from time to time we can all use a little help, but so often our mental health is neglected or stigmatized. When we find ourselves dealing with issues in life that are beyond what we can handle alone or with the support of family or friends, that is when counseling comes in.
My goal is to help you identify the things that are getting in your way, and work with you to develop the tools to pursue your goals. I am not here to tell you what to do, but to help you to find solutions that allow you to better your mental wellbeing.
My passion for counseling is born of both a love for the science of psychology, and a desire to help others live their lives to the fullest. I achieved my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, and have worked with clients struggling with eating disorders, behavioral and substance addictions, and a wide range of life issues. I use a variety of theoretical models, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
The counselor-client relationship is the single biggest factor in the success of therapy, and it is very important that you find a counselor who fits you and what you hope to accomplish. As such I invite you to contact me to set up a free initial consultation to explore what we can do together.
