Improving Treatment Outcomes through Intentionality and Innovation: Collaboration Across the Care Continuum
Friday, August 4 – Saturday, August 5, 2017 at the Denver Marriott City Center
Presentations will explore how intentionality, the act of choosing specific strategies with clear purpose and direction, and innovation, the commitment to adopting new methods and ideas, are key components to improve treatment outcomes. The theme of commitment to collaboration is evident throughout the conference schedule, which combines opportunities for professional development, with idea sharing and networking among multi-disciplinary colleagues from across the country.
Throughout two days of plenary workshops, panel discussions and small-group breakout sessions, esteemed experts and emerging thought leaders will discuss patient-centered, family-focused approaches rooted in best practice and research. Up to 14.5 continuing education credits are available for multiple disciplines including physicians, therapists, dietitians, nurses, social workers and more. Register early, space is limited.
