Dani was raised in Boulder, CO and graduated from Fairview High School.  She received her B.A. in International Relations from the Interdisciplinary Center in Israel and her M.A. in Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University in Boulder.   Today she is dedicated to serving this community with dignity, compassion, support, care, and advocacy.  In her spare time, Dani can be found with family and friends, doing yoga, listening to podcasts, or traveling the world.  She gets her energy in meeting new people, gathering new experiences, and seeing different cultures.  She is thrilled to be part of the EDF family and looks forward to connecting with anyone and everyone who walks through our doors.

Stephen Reeder, MA, NCC, LPC, CEDS is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist who has been working in the mental health field for over a decade. He has held a variety of clinical and leadership roles ranging from Primary Therapist to Regional Director of Operations. In addition to eating disorders, his clinical experience includes working with individuals struggling with problem gambling, sex and love addiction, and chemical dependence.

Stephen incorporates his experience as an Acceptance and Commitment Therapist into his leadership style. He has worked with teams to develop a value-centered culture aligned with mission and vision. Stephen believes in empowering individuals to live a balanced life through mindfulness and committed action.

Stephen holds his Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver in Denver, CO, and his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Kent State University in Ohio. He presents nationally on a variety of topics including acceptance and commitment therapy, intimacy, and masculinity, and is an advocate for eating disorder education, prevention, and awareness.

Bryn Miller is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Consultant and a Certified Advanced Therapist in Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). She is also one of only 6 people in the United States certified to run the 2-Day EFFT Caregiver Workshop. In short, Bryn is a total nerd when it comes to supporting parents and caregivers. 

With over a decade working with adolescents and young adults with eating disorders alongside their families at every level of care, Bryn is passionate about supporting both individuals and their support teams to explore and heal their relationships with food and their bodies. Bryn approaches her work, both with individuals and their loved ones, with the goal of whole family healing.

In service of the mission to better support caregivers and inspired by EFFT, Bryn founded Bryn Miller Parent Coaching and developed her signature 5-Step Parent Coaching Program, The Response Roadmap. Through live virtual groups, in-person workshops and her on-demand course, Bryn empowers parents to access their sense of calm and confidence to better connect to their children and the parents they want to be, regardless of the struggles. 

 

When Bryn is not working, she is writing, meditating, embarrassing herself in a hip-hop dance class and trying (largely unsuccessfully) to keep up with her own two small children.
