Virtual Trans+ & Nonbinary Support Group

This support group is ideal for individuals at least 18 years of age who identify as trans+, gender nonconforming, intersex, and gender diverse for individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating and body image. 
 
The Wednesday LGBTQ+ group is for those who identify anywhere within the LGBTQ+ community. The Trans+ & Nonbinary support group is specifically for those who identify as trans+, gender nonconforming, intersex, and gender diverse. Those wanting to join the Trans+ & Nonbinary support group are also welcome to join the Wednesday LGBTQ+ group.

Holiday Support Group – Virtual

This Special Holiday Support Group is ideal for individuals at least 18 years old who are struggling or in recovery from an eating disorder, disordered eating, or body image concerns.

This group will take place virtually via Zoom, using the same Zoom information as our typical groups. Group will have expanded capacity, so no need to worry about it getting full.  Anyone who has registered for a virtual group for individuals struggling with an eating disorder is welcome. This group is for ages 13-17, addressing body image, self-worth, social media impact, self-care and more.

On Solid Ground Recovery Group

This support group is ideal for individuals who are in stable recovery, but desire a forum to discuss how the very temperament and intricate personality traits that aligned with their eating disorders sometimes continue to create new challenges in life.
