- Discuss the ways in which diet culture is normalized in sport culture, and furthermore, the additional layers of it that athletes face
- Evaluate pressures and messages that athletes receive about food, body, sport, and how they intertwine
- Assess the risks of a hyperfocus on food and body, including RED-S, disordered eating, eating disorders, etc.
- Describe ways in which athletes can pursue athletic goals while also pursuing a positive and lasting relationship with food and their bodies, and that these are not mutually exclusive
