Month of Giving

The month of October is dedicated to a fundraising campaign that makes all of our programs possible. This month, we want to invite you to reflect on a question that will change lives: Why support EDF?

Each of us has a personal reason that drives our desire to give. It could be a memory of a loved one, a passion for a program you volunteer to support, or a vision for recovery for yourself or others. Here at EDF, we believe that discovering your “why” is just as important as the act of giving itself.

Here’s Why Your “Why” Matters:

Personal Connection: When you understand your reason for donating, it becomes a powerful motivator. Is it the joy of helping others? The hope for a better community? Whatever your reason, it inspires you to take action.

Creating Lasting Impact: Your donation supports educational presentations, resource navigation, support groups, mentorship, professional training, and more. Imagine your “why” in action—transforming lives and making a tangible difference in our community.

This support group is ideal for individuals who are in stable recovery, but desire a forum to discuss how the very temperament and intricate personality traits that aligned with their eating disorders sometimes continue to create new challenges in life. This free virtual support group is ideal for family members and friends of individuals struggling or in recovery from an eating disorder. Join this group of parents, partners, siblings, and friends, and talk with someone who knows what you’re going through.

Free virtual support group for friends and family of people struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, or body image.  Must be 18 or older to participate.

Monthly Connections – Romantic Partners

Second Monday of every month at 4PM MT

Are you a romantic partner of an individual experiencing disordered eating or an eating disorder? Are you seeking connection with others who are in a similar situation, as well as skills in supporting yourself and your partner?

No diagnosis for your partner is required. Participants must be 18 or older.

These discussions are virtual. Please register using the form here.

Mind-Body Connection Yoga
