Difficult Conversations & How to Navigate Them During the Holidays
Nov 10 @ 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

When you look just beyond the twinkling decorations, the holidays are often fraught and complicated, especially when you are struggling with an eating disorder or managing your recovery. The traditions steeped in food, comments from well-meaning family members, all the expectations we can bring into this time of year… it’s no wonder we need tools to manage! Using a 3-step process, we will discuss how to increase your resilience to the holiday madness using Curiosity, Validation and Boundaries as the foundation for your success. You are not alone in feeling nervous about this time of year, so, whether you are going home for the holidays or plan to spend time solo, join us for concrete ways to continue to prioritize your recovery during these challenging months.
