Free virtual support group for people struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, or body image.  Must be 30 or older to participate.

Virtual Trans+ & Nonbinary Support Group

This support group is ideal for individuals at least 18 years of age who identify as trans+, gender nonconforming, intersex, and gender diverse for individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating and body image. 
The Wednesday LGBTQ+ group is for those who identify anywhere within the LGBTQ+ community. The Trans+ & Nonbinary support group is specifically for those who identify as trans+, gender nonconforming, intersex, and gender diverse. Those wanting to join the Trans+ & Nonbinary support group are also welcome to join the Wednesday LGBTQ+ group.

The Response Roadmap: 5-Steps to Navigate Tough Conversations with Your Loved One with Calm, Confidence and Connection

When your loved one is struggling with an eating disorder, it is only natural to feel lost. And when we are lost, what we need is a map. This interactive workshop will introduce you to The Response Roadmap, a unique 5-Step framework that will give you concrete tools to manage moments of conflict and crisis with more calm and confidence, so you can connect, both to your loved one and who you want to be for them, even in the hardest moments. This work is appropriate for parents and caregivers with loved ones of any age and any eating disorder or mental health diagnosis.

This group is for ages 13-17, addressing body image, self-worth, social media impact, self-care and more.

Virtual Art Journaling Group

Bring any art supplies and “Create Your Story” through art journaling. It is your art and your time to express yourself through art in any way you choose. Hang out, listen to music, and make art in a relaxed, fun environment with your fellow EDF members. Must be at least 18 years old to attend.

This support group is ideal for individuals who are in stable recovery, but desire a forum to discuss how the very temperament and intricate personality traits that aligned with their eating disorders sometimes continue to create new challenges in life.
