ANAD and The Eating Disorder Foundation are here to support those in need of connection during their eating disorder recovery journeys. Join us for a special conversation about peer mentorship and the impact it can have on the healing process.
Uniting through connection and community, we are teaming with The National Association of Anorexia Nervosa & Associated Disorders (ANAD) and other non-profit organizations during Eating Disorders Awareness Week 2025 to break the stigma, stereotypes, and silence of this serious mental health condition.
Join us on Thursday, February 27th for the ANAD Day of Conversation. Beginning at 9am ET, ANAD will stream live and pre-recorded programming via Zoom, YouTube, Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram for 12 hours of non-stop conversations dedicated to eating disorder prevention, awareness, and support.
We are joining ANAD at 10am MT / 12pm ET that day to discuss The Impact of Peer Mentorship.
Register for free to receive links, reminders, and access to post-event recordings if you can’t attend live.
Also, be sure to share any questions you may have about eating disorders using the registration form or by emailing hello@anad.org.
We hope to see you there!

The spotlight is on, and the stage is set for a blockbuster event! We’ve partnered with Thropic Games to bring you the ultimate “Gaming for Good” challenge—where your picks could be award-winning!
Test your Hollywood knowledge, make predictions, and compete for a cash prize while supporting The Eating Disorder Foundation’s mission to be an effective resource in the prevention and elimination of eating disorders through education, support, and advocacy.
This is your official Movie Awards invitation—don’t miss your chance to shine. Stay tuned for the grand premiere!
Here’s how it works:
- Click on this link now until the red carpet event starts to make your picks.
- Enter your email address and pick the best answers that you think will happen. Do your research! Then submit your challenge.
- This will take you to the donation page. Donation to play is $20.
50% of entry fees go to EDF. 50% goes to the winner of the game! Simple math proves how powerful this concept is….if 1,000 friends of EDF participate in this pool, EDF will receive $10,000 in passive donations – and one winner goes home with $10,000!
Invite all your friends and family to participate by sharing this email or link to the pool! The more participants, the more donations to EDF! So please share with everyone you know who likes to have fun, create social impact with their dollars (it’s only $20!), and have a chance to win some cash.
Thank you all. We hope you find this fun!

About the Presenter
“Hi, I’m Eada! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Morning Bird Therapy in Denver. I am passionate about helping adults and teens heal their relationship with mind, body, food, and exercise. I have worked in the mental health field since 2018 in hospitals, schools, private practice, and all levels of eating disorder care. Although I specialize in working with food and body, I love to work with other intersecting concerns like anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, life transitions, and more. I also love working with athletes and students.”
