Eileen Day McKusick is a pioneer in the fields of the human biofield, therapeutic sound, and electric health. A researcher, author, inventor, educator, speaker and practitioner, Eileen has been researching health since 1987, and specifically how sound impacts health, since 1996.
She is the originator of the sound therapy method Biofield Tuning (with thousands of students trained worldwide since 2010), the founder of the Biofield Tuning Institute (which conducts grant funded, peer reviewed studies on the human biofield), and author of the award winning, bestselling book “Tuning the Human Biofield: Healing with Vibrational Sound Therapy”, as well as the recently released “Electric Body, Electric Health”.
Eileen is also the inventor of the revolutionary and much-loved tool, the Sonic Slider, the creator of a line of tuning forks and accessories, and the CEO of BioSona, LLC which provides sound therapy tools and training globally.

PLANT EXCHANGE: To participate in the plant exchange, please bring a plant that costs no more than $15.00. By the time the exchange is over, you will have a new-to-you plant in hand to take home and love on! Bring and plant, take a plant. It is completely ok to bring a preowned plant that you are ready to rehome, part of the fun is the variety of plants that we end up with!

Join us each month to explore and discuss different topics and themes regarding eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns amongst the BIPOC+ community.
This space provides connection and support for individuals 18 and up who identify as Black, Indigenous, Hispanic, Latinx, Asian, Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern, Multiracial, or those who identify as being racially marginalized who are struggling or in recovery from disordered eating, an eating disorder, or body image concerns.

2nd Tuesday of every month at 12PM MT
Are you a caregiver that is looking for skills and seeking support to help navigate your loved one’s eating disorder recovery and build more connection?
You are not alone. Join other caregivers once a month to share experiences and learn new strategies. This free group will address how to manage distress during and after mealtimes, what to say when your loved one says “I’m fat,” how to set firm limits while remaining empathic and, how to build a practice of self-compassion.
