Garden Planting Get-Together
Following Saturday’s Garden Circle
11:30am-12:30pm
Are you ready to finally see other community members and catch up for the first time in more than a year? Do you like to spend time in the garden? Do you need volunteer hours?
Join us next Saturday, May 29th!
In Denver, Memorial Day weekend is a traditional time to plant warm-weather vegetables and flowers. This year, the weather certainly agrees!
Activities include:
- Harvesting early season greens and herbs – free to take home!
- Planting tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants generously provided by Front Range Organic Gardeners!
- Sowing seeds for beans, corn, herbs and more!
- Saying hello and finally getting a chance to catch up on the last year!
- Bringing food and eating your lunch among friends!
All are welcome – group members, volunteers, parents and friends, mental health professionals, and garden enthusiasts! No garden experience necessary.
*Weather note* – forecasts are predicting a beautiful warm day! Please dress appropriately in layers, wear sunscreen, and bring a water bottle.
