You can make a difference today
The Eating Disorder Foundation is seeking master’s level clinicians or licensed psychotherapists to join our team of volunteer facilitators. Involvement includes leading support groups for individuals and families who struggle with eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns. Required qualifications to become an EDF Facilitator
- Requested commitment for three months or more (flexible scheduling)
- Minimum of a master’s degree in a clinical program
- Knowledge and understanding of eating disorders & disordered eating
- Thorough understanding of group dynamics and group process
- Exceptional at setting therapeutic and personal boundaries
- One orientation and one group observation prior to facilitating
